The SharInk tool is a set of software oriented to the definition of a document management system (DMS) service.
The objective of this family of information systems is to organize and facilitate the collaborative creation of documents and other content, basically providing functions of cataloging, indexing and retrieval of information.
The main feature of SharInk is its modular organization based on a double hierarchical level, through which the system is able to provide both intra-company document management services and inter-company document management services.
The Global DMS is dedicated to the operation between the different companies that can be admitted to sharing documents with the company that decides to equip itself with SharInK (e.g. supplier companies for viewing orders / DDT etc ..., partner companies, business consultants for viewing / producing relevant documents).
